1. Scope of Service

HMS Flow provides cloud-based hotel management software and related services for hotels, guesthouses and similar properties. The scope of the services depends on the subscription plan you choose.

2. Account & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

3. Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated there is no long-term commitment; you may cancel your subscription at the end of any billing period. No payment is taken during the free trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for any unlawful purpose, in a way that threatens system security, or in a manner that disrupts service for other users.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and announce planned maintenance in advance. We cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. The current terms take effect once published on this page.
